June 2017 Updates

June is bustin’ out all over!  Our flowers and our garden are so beautiful!  We at Sanctified Hope are hoping that your summer has begun well!  Vacations, family reunions, fishing and holidays are all part of the summertime.  Our summer at Sanctified Hope has been busy too!

One of the ways Sanctified Hope likes to meet women in our community and to let them get to know more about us is through our “Tea at Two”.    We had 8 ladies come to our tea this time.  It was wonderful to get to know them and share our vision.  It was also great to hear new ideas from them. Thank you ladies for taking time out of your busy schedules to spend the afternoon with us!

We are so blessed everyday by answered prayers. One of our weekend relief helpers told her Chiropractor’s office about Sanctified Hope and they did a drive for toiletries. There were so many toiletries that it filled her entire car!! Thank you Dr. Scott of Fort Worth for blessing Sanctified Hope!

Another blessing that we were privileged to witness was a baptism of one our participants. It’s always so wonderful seeing someone take that step of faith and obedience

We will be at the Weatherford Peach Festival on July 8th. We will be in front of Quick Print. Come out and say hi and pick up one of our Peaches and Cream Floats! We’d love to see you!

A NOTE FROM OUR DIRECTOR

So far so good…My first full month of being the director of this Holy place is over! My how the month has flown by! It has been somewhat challenging, yet blessed month. I am truly blessed by the consistent answering of prayers from our Loving Father. From toilet paper to totally unexpected donations…WOW!

We had a church offer us a $1000 toward a participant scholarship to be matched by donations. When someone in our mail out list saw that, they in turn offered to do the same thing!! It’s amazing to see how God works. We are halfway toward the first match offer!

I love how much the lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer lets us take time out and spend time with our loved ones and family that we don’t normally get to see during the year. Unfortunately, “things” still need to get done. I have turned in grants and am working on others. God supplies our every need. We see it daily.
